Heart of England Co-operative Society is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations, service delivery and infrastructure across our multi-site organisation.
You will drive cyber security, resilience and service improvements while ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR and Society policies.
You will manage a team, partner with suppliers and senior stakeholders, and own ITIL processes, risk reporting and incident response.
Evening/weekend on-call may be needed as part of the role.
