About the Role
We are a well-established and growing groundworks contractor delivering high-quality projects across regeneration housing developments and private residential sites.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced
Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects across Coventry, Birmingham and St Neots.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction manager with strong leadership skills, extensive groundworks experience, and the ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple groundworks projects from start to completion.
- Lead and support Site Managers, Supervisors and site teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Monitor programme progress and resolve any issues affecting delivery.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Coordinate labour, plant and materials across multiple projects.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the groundworks or civil engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of groundworks for regeneration housing and private residential developments.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple live sites simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regulary to sites across
Coventry, Birmingham and St Neots .

- CSCS (Black or relevant Management Card)
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
