Clinical Systems Support Analyst | University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust
An exciting opportunity for an EPR Clinical Systems Support Analyst has opened within the Clinical Systems Team at UHCW.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting fellow EPR Workflow Analysts as well as Clinical Systems Support Leads specifically in relation to supporting systems which fall under the remit of the Clinical Systems Team.
The post also requires management & creation of EPR accounts, data collection workbooks & providing support to service users.

The role will be onsite based which also incorporates an rota On Call service.

To provide a comprehensive support service to users of the systems managed.
- Liaise with external users of the systems managed, providing support and advice as required, liaising with third party providers where
- Management of appropriate Data Collection Workbook(s) (DCW).
- To undertake periodic audits of data e. g., to ensure compliance with the NHS Data Manual. This will
- To participate in the testing of new version releases for the systems managed.
- Create and manage accounts for new users.
- Deactivate accounts and user access for leavers.
- To be responsible for allocating the most appropriate level of system access ensuring that users are provided with the relevant log in
- To assist the EPR Workflow Lead(s) in the validation of training material primarily for the systems managed.
- Become familiar with the basic administration of other ICT systems as directed to provide cover for the system specialists appropriate.
