Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Trainee - Band 4 to support delivery of Step 2 CBT‑based interventions across the CWPT Talking Therapies service by phone, video or face‑to‑face. The post involves high‑volume, low‑intensity care, GP liaison, data entry and safeguarding, with training to achieve the Certificate in Psychological Wellbeing Practice.

Successful trainees will work with supervisors, complete modules, and progress through the programme.
