Administration Specialist and Personal Assistant
A Vacancy at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
To provide a specialised, comprehensive and confidential patient-centred administration and secretarial service to the Discharge Team in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures..
To act as a source of advice and guidance regarding the specialty.

- Act as a senior point of contact, ensuring all enquiries are effectively and sensitively managed and promptly resolved or escalated.
- To ensure, that documentation is up-to-date, filled appropriately and available when required.
- To ensure the effective organisation of all patients referred to IDT and system partners, referrals are sent to external organisations abiding by their processes and policies.
Ensure electronic systems are timely updated.
- To assume responsibility for the day-to-day data collection for the Discharge Team informing the appropriate services of daily discharges, inappropriate referrals, timeliness of referrals.
Devising reports with this information for the team manager.
