As a Key Operative on the AM Shift at 2 Sisters Food Group, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of your designated production line
- Supervise employees and liaise between departments and management to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Maintain strict housekeeping, hygiene standards, and minimise product and material wastage.
Working days and hours: Sunday 12pm - 9pm; Monday - Thursday 3pm - 12am.
Contracted hours: 40 hours per week. Rate of Pay: £15.17 per hour. Shift Allowance: £50 per week.
We are looking for a passionate Key Operative (Team Leader) who is committed to fulfilling customer orders while consistently upholding our high standards in Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality. You should be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment. As a fast-paced business, we need someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys working at pace, and is dedicated to taking initiative and delivering results. Experience in leading a team is essential.
