We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Coulsdon. Applicants must have previous sales or customer service experience, a track record of working towards targets, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous automotive sales experience is not essential, and candidates with strong transferable sales experience will be considered.

Location: Coulsdon

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 6, Sundays on a rota, Day off in the week

Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process from initial enquiry to handover
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products
  • Prospect for new customers by telephone and through dealership events
  • Manage enquiries and customer follow-ups effectively
  • Build strong product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Recommend appropriate additional products based on customer requirements
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets
  • Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
  • Confident prospecting for new business and following up customer enquiries
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand individual requirements
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous automotive or car sales experience is advantageous but not essential
