The predicted salary is between 54495 - 54495 £ per year.

Band 13 - £51,356 to £54,495 per annum (pay award pending)

29 days annual leave, rising to 34 after 5 years’ service, flexi time, and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme

Full time 37hrs per week (Part time would also be considered)

Based at Guildhall, Gainsborough (with provision to work from home)

This exciting role provides an opportunity to develop as a leader responsible for the Corporate Finance functions including:

  • Capital accounting
  • Collection Fund
  • Financial Systems
  • Treasury Management
  • Accounts Payable
  • Insurance
  • Balance Sheet Management

In addition, you are the lead officer for the production of the annual Statement of Accounts ensuring compliance with recommended practice, accounting policies, and ensuring the statutory deadline is met.

The OneFinance system will provide opportunities to develop and enhance financial insight across the council, and you will work closely with the Finance Business Partner Team Leader in doing so.
