The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Packers on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent full-time hours and long-term work within a fast-paced production environment.
About the Role
- Maintaining accurate production records using the company's computer-based recording system
- Packing finished products to the required packaging and labelling standards, ensuring only quality products are dispatched
- Carrying out product inspections, maintaining inspection records and reporting any issues promptly to the relevant team members
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the work area
- Following all company policies, procedures and working practices
- Undertaking any training required to support business needs and personal development
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Shift Leader
Working Hours
- 42 hours per week
- Full-time hours
- Overtime may be available depending on business requirements
Pay
- £12.90 per hour
- Weekly PAYE pay
