The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Packers on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent full-time hours and long-term work within a fast-paced production environment.

About the Role

  • Maintaining accurate production records using the company's computer-based recording system
  • Packing finished products to the required packaging and labelling standards, ensuring only quality products are dispatched
  • Carrying out product inspections, maintaining inspection records and reporting any issues promptly to the relevant team members
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the work area
  • Following all company policies, procedures and working practices
  • Undertaking any training required to support business needs and personal development
  • Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Shift Leader

Working Hours

  • 42 hours per week
  • Full-time hours
  • Overtime may be available depending on business requirements

Pay

  • £12.90 per hour
  • Weekly PAYE pay
