We are looking for an adaptable and proactive Housing Assistant to provide support to our Older Persons Team. This is a varied role where you will play a vital part in promoting sustainable communities whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- You will assist the Older Persons team as required, working cohesively to provide an effective housing management service.
- You will support the Lettings / Housing functions by coordinating housing visits, responding to enquiries, and assisting with day-to-day services.
- You will promote NWH in a positive manner by maintaining positive existing relationships with external stakeholders and partners, as well as working to support compliance functions within the service.
