Mac Rail is looking for dependable and proactive Control Room Operators to join our team on a 0-hour contract, providing holiday and absence cover within our busy Control Room.
As part of the role, you'll play an important part in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of our services by monitoring systems, coordinating communications, and responding to operational incidents.
Every shift helps keep critical rail and infrastructure projects running safely and smoothly.

What you're doing
- Monitoring live operational systems and responding to alerts.
- Logging site activity accurately and maintaining detailed records.
- Coordinating communication between field teams and key stakeholders.

- Supporting the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of the Control Room.
What we're looking for
