Kingsley Roofing London is developing at a fast rate, creating opportunities for internal growth and working with some of the most respected names within the construction sector, having recently been awarded some exciting projects. We operate within the Commercial, Leisure, Industrial, Education, Retail and Public Sector, partnering with some of the largest main contractors in the UK. Our client base is growing monthly as we venture into new markets.
Due to this growth, we are now looking to hire an experienced Contracts Manager, with a background in Construction/Building Envelope or Roofing Projects that can take the Contracts Delivery Business Area to the next phase of growth. The role is a senior role within the business and holds a high level of Main Contractor relationship management and full commercial ownership of high value contracts (£1-£5M).
The role will include all aspects of contracts management, including:
- All pre and post construction activity
- Site and installation
- Procurement and H&S
- Management of all communication with the end client to ensure that all work scope is achieved in line with contractual expectation
