We have an exciting opportunity to join our Contact Centre Team at Yate Active Centre under a fixed term contract! As a Contact Centre Advisor your duties will include:
- Providing an efficient and effective telephone answering service
- Answering queries from customers via email and the telephone
- Taking payments using Circadian Trust’s electronic point of sale system
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Are friendly and enthusiastic about what you do!
- Have knowledge of IT applications including Outlook, Microsoft packages and booking systems.
Week 1:
- Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Week 2:
- Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday 8:45am - 1:45pm
