As a consultant neurophysiologist you will be a member of a team which provides the reporting of adult EEGs, of children and neonates with a range of complex diseases and advise on clinical assessments and diagnostic strategies.

Your duties will include:

  • To report EEGs conducted on paediatric or neonatal adult patients as per timetable.
  • Supervise physiologists, SpRs and fellows in their performance and reporting EEGs.
  • To be available during normal office hours of the day of duty for consultations with referring physicians relating to inpatients in the hospital and to facilitate inpatient consultations on request.
  • To advise on study protocols.
