As a Concierge / Workplace Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high-standard front-of-house service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the client suite and meeting spaces.
What you’ll do:
- Provide a professional meet and greet service for all visitors, clients, and employees
- Create a welcoming and well-managed client suite environment
- Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up correctly and ready for use throughout the day
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate room changes where required
- Support the delivery and setup of hospitality services for meetings and events
- Liaise with catering, facilities, and security teams to ensure a seamless service
- Carry out basic troubleshooting of meeting room equipment and escalate issues where necessary
- Use client systems (e.g. helpdesk portals and booking tools) to log, track, and complete tasks
- Maintain strong communication across multiple service teams to ensure service continuity
- Ensure all areas remain clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Support workplace colleagues and provide cover across functions where required
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a corporate reception, concierge, or hospitality role
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence in handling guest queries and resolving issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team
