What you'll be doing
- Assisting with all aspects of vehicle preparation and refinishing
- Learning to prepare panels and work with various substrate materials
- Applying foundation coats, fade outs, and "blow ins"
- Gaining experience in applying tri-stage pearlescent finishes
- Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Contributing to a positive team environment with a can-do attitude and flexibility
