- Carry out the tasks required for the role safely, effectively, and in line with site procedures
- Follow all relevant instructions, training, and quality standards
- Use equipment, materials, and systems correctly and report any faults, hazards, or concerns promptly
- Work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, and the client team to support safe and efficient operations
- Manual handling of materials from the production line
- Stacking and organising products on pallets
- Performing routine checks and maintaining a safe work environment
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety in your work area
Any lawful deductions will be explained clearly before engagement. Statutory deductions such as Tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions (where applicable) will apply.
Rotating Shift Patterns
- Morning Shift: Monday-Thursday (06:15-15:00) | Friday (06:15-14:45) - £13.45 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: Monday-Thursday (14:45-00:30)
- Overtime (after 38 hours)
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable with manual tasks and physical work
- Reliability and punctuality
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
Essential: Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet the standards required for the role.
