We have a new role as a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients retail centre in Ashbourne. This is a customer facing role dealing with people mainly face to face but also over the phone. All you need to be applicable for this position is a passion for customer service, and at least 1 years’ experience dealing with customers F2F.

Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 08.30 and 17.30 (Set day off in the week) Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00

Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Own the complete in-centre customer journey from arrival through to departure and future bookings
  • Be honest with the customer about what services/products their vehicle needs
  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer during their visit, ensuring seamless hand-offs to the workshop team
  • Deliver outstanding, consistent, and memorable service
  • Proactively manage customer expectations, handle queries professionally, and resolve enquiries and complaints with care and speed
  • Maintain impeccable front-of-house standards at all times

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and honestly (training provided)
