As Engineering Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the site's engineering function operates efficiently, supporting production through effective maintenance planning and strong leadership. Working closely with the Production and Operations teams, you'll help maximise plant performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting a team of maintenance engineers
  • Planning and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities
  • Driving improvements in equipment reliability and plant performance
  • Managing maintenance schedules and engineering records using a CMMS
  • Working closely with production to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
  • Investigating recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term solutions
  • Coordinating external contractors and ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standards
  • Managing engineering stores and spare parts to support efficient maintenance operations
  • Supporting compliance with statutory inspections and site engineering requirements
