He has complex care needs and experiences epilepsy, so we’re looking for someone who is calm, patient, and ready to learn.

About the Role

As part of *Thomas’ support team, you’ll work alongside a Nurse during the day, ensuring *Thomas is enjoying life to the fullest while ensuring his safety and wellbeing is prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Living Support: Providing essential support with epilepsy management and complex care needs (full training provided).
  • Personalised Support: Supporting *Thomas with his daily routine and personal care.
  • Health & Well-being Monitoring: Look out for *Thomas’s safety, well-being, and overall happiness, always keeping communication open with his family and care team.
  • The Great Outdoors: Encouraging and assisting *Thomas in getting out into nature—for fresh air and walks.
  • Be a Friendly Confidant: Build a genuine connection with *Thomas, providing companionship, encouragement, and positivity every day.

About You

  • Caring, Patient, & Reliable: You truly want to help.
  • Willing to Learn: Epilepsy experience is great, but full training will be provided.
