Southdown is recruiting a Mental Health Support Coordinator to work in East Sussex, delivering targeted mental health and holistic support in community settings. You’ll welcome clients and guide them from initial assessment through to access to additional services, co-creating recovery plans and using coaching techniques to address barriers.
You may work across Southdown buildings and community locations, with a requirement to stay until 8pm at least one night a week and travel across.
