West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to support Adult Community Nursing in Hounslow. The role involves carrying out basic clinical tasks under supervision, including venipuncture, BP and glucose checks, with training and mentoring.
You will work 08:30–16:30 on weekdays, across sites such as Bedfont Clinic, and liaise with a multi-disciplinary team to promote safe, compassionate patient care. A full UK driving license is preferred.
