Blackpool Council is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the Learning Disability Team based at Bickerstaffe House.

This role provides short-term, person-centred support to adults with a learning disability living in the community, helping them achieve outcomes, develop independence and improve wellbeing.

Join a busy, supportive team; you will contribute to Front Door Duty, identify risks early and liaise with families, carers and partner agencies to ensure timely, quality support.
