Duties as a Commercial Vehicle Technician:
- Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing light commercial vehicles, including vans and fleet vehicles.
- Utilising diagnostic tools and live data to efficiently identify faults across a range of vehicle models.
- Completing accurate job cards and technical documentation in line with manufacturer standards.
- Adhering strictly to manufacturer warranty and service procedures.
- Supporting electric vehicle diagnostics or repairs (desirable but not essential).
- Maintaining the workshop tools and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
- Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles or multi-vehicle fleets.
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills across various vehicle types.
- Enthusiasm to upskill in multi-vehicle diagnostics and advanced repair techniques.
- Own tools and a valid UK driving licence.
