A2Dominion is seeking a Quantity Surveyor – Minor Works & Voids to join our Repairs team, delivering commercial management across responsive repairs, void reinstatement, and minor works to keep homes safe, compliant and ready to let.
Working with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will oversee cost control, budgets, contractor performance and contractual compliance, while supporting the efficient turnaround of void properties and reducing losses for residents.
