An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, decisive and resilient Social Worker to join the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). MASH is our front door Service in Conwy, and this role will play a key role in safeguarding children and young people by ensuring referrals are screened, assessed and responded to appropriately.
Working within a fast-paced multi-agency environment, the successful candidate will gather and analyse information, assess risk, make clear decisions and recommendations, and work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
