SALT works closely with children, families, solicitors, CAFCASS officers and the Courts, supporting families through Care Proceedings where there are significant safeguarding concerns.
As a Graduate Social Work Trainee, you will develop your knowledge and skills through a combination of academic study and hands-on experience, supported by experienced practitioners and managers throughout your journey. This is a unique opportunity to learn within a specialist safeguarding service, gaining insight into statutory social work practice while working alongside highly skilled professionals committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
