Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Manager to provide senior operational leadership across Community Mental Health Services in North East Essex, including Tendring & Colchester CMHTs, Dementia Services, and early intervention programmes.

You will liaise with acute hospitals, community services, third sector and primary care to drive system-wide integration and improve patient flow and access to care.
