The predicted salary is between 38682 - 46580 £ per year.

We deliver occupational therapy provision as specified within Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with schools, colleges and homes. We support children and young people to access education and learning within these settings working in partnership with the child or young person's wider support network including teaching staff and family/carers.

We are a well established, friendly and dynamic team, committed to offering the best services possible to our clients. The service offers excellent experience with training opportunities, regular supervision and appraisals.

To gain consent and undertake occupational therapy assessment, formulate and implement treatment plans using specialist knowledge and experience. This will include the treatment of complex patients in a manner that respects people’s choice, privacy, dignity and individuality. To obtain information relevant to patient care, recognizing when goals are met or achievable and ensuring appropriate discharge/ongoing care.

To provide hands on treatment and demonstrate highly developed observational skills for the assessment and therapeutic handling of patients to facilitate the development of skills and function. To be able to present treatment programmes and developmentally appropriate play and approaches according to age of the child. To utilise a wide range of treatment skills and options to formulate and carry out a programme of care adapted to non-clinical settings. To provide written reports to contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans.
