Registered Nurse - Bures Team | East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust in Colchester

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Bures team, a team of experienced professionals who provide vital support across both Colchester and Ipswich hospitals. This dynamic role covers all adult clinical specialities, responding to ward escalation and operational demands to ensure wards and departments receive the support they need when they need it. You’ll receive up to 2 weeks of supernumerary time in areas you may not have worked in before to build your confidence, knowledge and skills. Areas of specialist training including: respiratory care, emergency care, cardiac care, oncology, care of the elderly, enhanced therapeutic care/mental health.

To meet the needs of the Trust with regard to Induction, mandatory and statutory training. To work within the framework for Clinical Governance to provide effective, high quality individualised nursing care to patients and relatives/carers and to contribute to the continuing development of nursing practice. To ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines. To work as an effective member of the nursing and wider multi-professional healthcare team. To work within the Trust’s Competency Framework for Registered Nurses, the Ward/Department Philosophy and the NMC Code of Conduct/ Professional Standards for the Protection of Patients.
