Our care homes are dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives. You'll be responsible for the upkeep and care of the home's gardens. You will maintain buildings and equipment effectively while complying with all relevant Bupa Standard Operating Procedures, legislation, and industry best practices. Your role is crucial in ensuring our accommodation meets Bupa's cultural and brand values.
You'll help us make health happen by:
- Maintaining lawns, looking after flowerbeds, borders and hedges, weeding and pruning our shrubs and small trees
- Advising the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and helping to plan areas that require improvement
- Occasionally assisting the Maintenance team with other ad hoc duties in and around the home
