Our Flexicare Bank option allows you to manage your own availability when you cannot commit to set hours. Offering you the flexibility to do 1 or 2 shifts per week.
We are currently looking to hire part-time Flexicare Bank Housekeeping Assistants within our Care Homes in Coatbridge working shift patterns over 7 days between 7.00am and 7.30pm. If you are an experienced Housekeeping Assistant then we would be very interested in hearing from you.
As part of our Flexicare Bank option we can offer you:

What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping living areas spotless and presentable; ensuring rooms and communal spaces are maintained to a consistently high standard
- Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and touchpoints using appropriate methods and products
- Maintaining laundry routines; washing, drying, folding, and ensuring items are handled carefully and stored correctly
- Supporting a calm, organised environment by following cleaning schedules and completing tasks within agreed timeframes
- Reporting any maintenance concerns promptly so issues can be addressed quickly
- Following health and safety guidelines, including correct use of equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Respecting residents’ privacy and working in a considerate, discreet way always
