The Compleat Food Group in Clitheroe is seeking an energetic Warehouse Team Leader to manage our chilled food operations.
You will lead from the front, support Supervisors and the Warehouse Manager, and ensure safety, quality and performance across your area.
You’ll plan rotas, coach staff, use our Warehouse Management System, and contribute to audits and SOP compliance.
The role requires previous leadership in a warehouse and a hands-on, proactive approach to daily challenges.
