We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Driver to join a well-established client based in Clitheroe. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent weekday work, with potential weekend shifts available.

The Role

  • Monday to Friday (with potential weekend work)
  • Finish time: Approximately 16:00
  • Delivering palletised packs of cement (approximately 19 pallets per load)
  • Safe, timely and professional deliveries to customers
  • Maintaining high standards of driving, compliance and customer service
  • £16.50 per hour
  • Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per shift
  • Overtime opportunities available (including weekends)
  • Ongoing, regular work with a reputable client

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Strong understanding of driver hours and transport regulations
  • Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach

Assessment

A driving assessment will be required prior to starting. This will be paid following completion of your first full shift.
