Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Clinical Practitioner to provide a specialist substance misuse service within the pan-London Integrated Pathways Community Service, collaborating with NPS colleagues and service users to support the desistance and stabilisation phase of the ICPS.

The London Pathways Partnership is a consortium of five NHS Trusts delivering the pan-London ICPS for the OPD Pathway alongside PSL colleagues.
