South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive professional to lead on the PSIRF implementation within the Directorate, including teaching identified staff to facilitate Directorate PSIRF responses such as After-Action Reviews.
The post holder will prepare integrated reports for directorate performance meetings, support governance and safeguarding activity, manage Datix data in line with Duty of Candour, and line-manage a Band 6 Governance Officer, driving timely learning.
