We are recruiting Production Operatives for a busy industrial greenhouse facility specialising in the cultivation and processing of fresh cress. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping production running smoothly. You'll be working as part of a large team in a high-demand environment, so reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the growing, harvesting, and packing of fresh cress
  • Working across different areas of the production line
  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
  • Meeting production targets in a busy environment
  • Working effectively within a team to keep operations moving

What We're Looking For:

  • Good physical stamina (role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks)
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow processes accurately
  • A team player who can work efficiently with others in a fast-paced production environment
  • Full flexibility required - weekend work is part of the rota and cannot be avoided

Hours of Work:

  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • 5 days out of 7
  • Weekend availability is essential - candidates must be prepared to work weekends

Location: BD19. This site is not easily accessible by public transport, so this role is best suited to local candidates or those with their own reliable transport.
