Looking for a driving role with no weekend work? Class 1 (C+E) Day Drivers to join a leading global logistics company based in Normanton. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career prospects with a respected transport provider. You'll be delivering customer car parts between sites, using roll cages for loading and unloading, while providing a professional and reliable service. ADR licence preferred but not essential.
What you'll be doing:
- Completing deliveries and collections of car parts between customer sites
- Loading and unloading roll cages when required
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance and roadworthiness
- Using handheld scanners and completing delivery paperwork
- Driving safely while following all company and legal regulations
What we're looking for:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- ADR licence preferred, but not essential
- Class 1 driving and multidrop experience
- Good knowledge of the UK road network
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements)
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on safety and customer service
