Specialist Palliative Care Nurse | East London NHS Foundation Trust
We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and passionate Band 7 Community Specialist Palliative Care Nurse to work within our North Bedfordshire Team, based in Clapham, however, there is an expectation that staff will cover across the bases if needed.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the specialist palliative care setting.
The team provide symptom management, psychological support and advanced care planning, enabling patients to remain at home in their preferred place of care with the right support.
You will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and advanced clinical decision making, working within a highly specialist area of practice.
