Our Client is hiring a temporary Agency Temp to support their Business Services work streams in a busy London office, helping deliver key day-to-day services with confidence and care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the planning and delivery of meetings and events (internal and external)
- Manage financial administration, including raising purchase orders and processing invoice payments
- Collate and share management information to support decision-making
- Provide facilities support for the London Office, ensuring it’s ready for day-to-day activity
- Book travel, accommodation, and car hire as required
- Handle public enquiries on food hygiene, business start-ups, and general enquiries via telephone and email
- Help the Business Services team drive workflow, allocation, and continuous improvement
- Build an understanding of other Business Services work streams and flex to support where needed
