Cirencester College invites applications for a Progression/Pastoral Tutor (Maternity Cover).
You will care for tutor groups, meet students individually, and support their wellbeing and progression both pastorally and academically, including induction, ILPs, UCAS, and WEX monitoring.
You will deliver tutorials, assist with health and wellbeing services, address concerns, and help improve attendance and behaviour while promoting mental health.
Degree preferred; safeguarding training desirable.
