University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust (UHD) is seeking a Director of Improvement to provide enterprise level leadership for continuous improvement across the Trust. You will lead the Improvement Team, align activities with NHS Long Term Plan and IC S priorities, and advise the Executive Team and Board while representing UHD at regional and national levels.

You will work with care groups and clinical directors to embed improvement into service design and delivery, empower staff.
