An independent housebuilder in the Chorley area are bucking the regional trend for growth.
Instead of sitting on land, they’re moving ahead with applications.
Instead of making redundancies, their Technical, Commercial, Land and Site teams are growing.
And instead of stalling on sites, they’re looking to grow by 25% in the next 12 months spurred on by a young and ambitious Managing Director.
It’s why they’re looking to bring in a Development Engineer with immediate effect, you’d join at a pivotal time where your work will see quick results.
They need you to come in and handle the extra workload their team has brought on as they reckon their units in build per year are going to increase in the next 12 months from 400 to 500 which will be supported by up to TWELVE applications in the next year or so.
A lot of work but very positive, especially for the long-term, and no waiting for years for things to happen.
There’s no perfect candidate on paper although ideally I’d say they’re looking for an Engineer that has a couple of years’ experience at least within new build housing.
There’s already a couple of Senior Engineers in the business so you’d be able to lean on them and they have a very experienced new Technical Director about to join their ranks, too.
So, if you’re moving through the ranks, from an Assistant to an Engineer, I reckon this’d be a great place to be.
If you’ve already got a few years’ experience, we’re good to talk, too.
They’re an independent housebuilder and the Director has told me that means you get more of a say in how things are done, you become more rounded as a Engineering and there’s longevity in the business – the company is growing and appointment new staff unlike others in the Northwest.
On top of this is a very competitive salary, a bonus, a car allowance and loads of little extras.
That all sounds good so far, right? Give me a shout on 07766 557554 and we can discuss in more detail.
