Operations and Workforce Lead Phoenix Health PCN
Key Responsibilities Operations and Service Delivery Coordinate the operational delivery of PCN services and programmes.
Support the implementation of PCN priorities and strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain effective systems and processes to improve efficiency across the network.
Monitor progress against agreed work plans and objectives.
Identify operational risks and escalate issues appropriately.
Support service development and quality improvement initiatives across member practices.
Workforce Planning and Development Lead workforce planning activities across the PCN.
Coordinate the effective deployment and utilisation of ARRS-funded roles.
Monitor workforce capacity, utilisation and productivity.
Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
Work with practices to identify workforce gaps and opportunities for service improvement.
Develop workforce reports and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Support workforce development and training programmes.
Performance and Reporting Monitor delivery against PCN contractual requirements and agreed priorities.
Analyse workforce, activity and service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the development of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Provide assurance reports to the Clinical Director and PCN Board as required.
Project and Change Management Coordinate the implementation of new services, initiatives and projects.
Support the delivery of transformation and service redesign programmes.
Track project milestones, risks and outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration between practices and stakeholders to support successful implementation.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
Essential Experience in healthcare, primary care or NHS settings Experience of workforce planning or operational management Strong project management and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyse and interpret performance data Desirable Experience of working with GP practices or Integrated Care Systems.
