HCRG Staffing is seeking a temporary Social Worker in the West Midlands to assess vulnerability, develop care plans and advocate for looked-after children. You will partner with healthcare professionals and local authorities to secure services and support, while maintaining compliant case notes and safeguarding duties.

The role focuses on Pathway planning, ensuring young people are central to planning and prepared for independence, with a hybrid office pattern of 2-3 days per week.
