The Royal Parks is seeking a Head Gardener to lead the ongoing maintenance, enhancement and development of gardens, lawns, borders and landscaped areas within its public parks. The role includes planning seasonal planting, overseeing pruning, propagation, irrigation and plant health, and implementing best-practice pest, disease and weed control.
You will supervise gardening teams and contractors, manage horticultural records and resources, and promote health and safety across operations.
