Terms of appointment: The terms and conditions of the role will be set in accordance with Very Senior Manager terms. The remuneration for the role will be set in accordance with the national NHS Very Senior Managers Pay Framework and will be subject to remuneration committee and NHSE / DHSC approval (if required).
