About the Role / Job Summary

This high-profile leadership position offers the opportunity to shape how the organisation utilises evidence, insights, and analysis to inform regulatory strategy, policy development, and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the long‑term analytical strategy for the organisation.
- Advise Executive Directors and senior stakeholders on the use of evidence in regulatory and policy decisions.
- Shape the future operating model, governance, and capability of the analytical function.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to drive engagement and alignment around data and evidence.
- Champion a culture of evidence‑based decision making.
- Lead senior stakeholder discussions on organisational priorities, emerging risks, and strategic opportunities.
- Ensure analytical outputs are aligned to corporate objectives and regulatory outcomes.
- Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams including economists, researchers, statisticians, and insight specialists.
- Influence strategic planning through the application of robust evidence and foresight.
- Represent the organisation with external stakeholders, regulators, and government bodies where required.
Qualifications
