We are working with a well-established Further Education College in Worthing that is looking to appoint an experienced Welding Lecturer to join their Engineering department on a long-term temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional or experienced lecturer to deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons across Level 1-3 Welding and Fabrication programmes.

What we are looking for

Level 3 qualification or above in Welding, Fabrication or a related Engineering discipline.

Experience teaching Welding within Further Education or delivering industry training. A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.

Strong practical knowledge of MIG, TIG and MMA welding processes, with the ability to deliver both workshop and classroom sessions.

Passionate about supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and progress within the engineering industry.
