The Role
You will be responsible for monitoring and improving waste segregation across the site, ensuring waste streams remain compliant, contamination is minimised, and recycling opportunities are maximised.
Working closely with production, engineering, hygiene, yard, and contractor teams, you'll help drive best practices in waste management while supporting the site's sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor waste streams and conduct regular waste inspections.
- Identify and address contamination issues quickly.
- Ensure waste is correctly segregated into designated containers.
- Support colleagues with waste management guidance and best practices.
- Complete waste audits and maintain accurate records.
- Produce weekly reports on waste quality and recycling performance.
